Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed with JBD Vapes Ltd ("we", "us"), company number [Companies House number], registered office [Registered address], VAT number [VAT number]. By opening a trade account or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Trade customers only. We sell only to businesses buying for resale or business use. We do not sell to consumers. You must be 18 or over, and you confirm that you are acting for a genuine business. We may ask for proof of trading (for example Companies House details, a business bank statement, or a premises utility bill) and may refuse or close any account at our discretion.

2. Account approval. Prices and ordering are shown only to approved trade accounts. We aim to review applications within one working day. You must keep your account details accurate and your password secure, and you are responsible for orders placed through your account.

3. Your legal responsibilities as a retailer. You agree to:

  • sell nicotine and vaping products only to people aged 18 or over, and operate a Challenge 25 (or stricter) policy;
  • not sell or supply our products to anyone buying on behalf of a person under 18;
  • comply with the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016, the Tobacco and Vapes Act 2026 and any regulations made under it, including any retail registration or licensing scheme that applies to you;
  • not resell single-use (disposable) vapes, which have been banned in the UK since 1 June 2025;
  • comply with Vaping Products Duty and the Vaping Duty Stamps Scheme, including the rule that unstamped duty-liable stock may not be sold after 31 March 2027;
  • comply with all advertising and display rules for nicotine products.

4. Products and compliance. All nicotine-containing products we supply are notified to the MHRA and meet UK limits (nicotine strength up to 20mg/ml, tanks and pods up to 2ml, refill bottles up to 10ml). From 1 October 2026, duty-liable vaping products we supply that were made in or imported into the UK carry a valid vaping duty stamp. Product images are for illustration; packaging may change.

5. Prices and payment. Prices are shown excluding VAT unless stated. VAT, Vaping Products Duty where applicable, and delivery are shown at checkout. Payment is due in full at checkout unless we have agreed credit terms with you in writing. If we agree credit, invoices are due within the agreed period and we may charge statutory interest on late payments under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

6. Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, priced in error, or we have compliance concerns. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

7. Minimum order and case quantities. Some products are sold only in case quantities, shown on the product page. A minimum first-order value of [£150] applies.

8. Delivery. See our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes when we receive full payment.

9. Checking your goods. Please check deliveries on arrival and tell us about any shortage, damage or incorrect item within 48 hours. See our Refund Policy.

10. Liability. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the price of that order, and we are not liable for loss of profit, business or goodwill, or any indirect loss.

11. Force majeure. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

12. Changes. We may update these terms. The version on our website when you place an order applies to that order.

13. Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
